About the Role:
We’re looking for a Design Engineer who loves living at the crossroads of thoughtful design and solid engineering. You’ll work closely with the CEO and a tight-knit design team to invent, prototype, and build new creative tools for the web — experiences that feel intuitive and delightful, but are grounded in robust, maintainable systems.
What You’ll Do

Prototype new ideas (40%)
- Quickly turn Figma frames, motion studies, or rough sketches into functional demos.
- Test, refine, or toss ideas — whatever best answers the design question.
Build and ship user-facing features (40%)
- Develop high-performance TypeScript/React interfaces and canvases.
- Polish micro-interactions, motion, and accessibility until they feel seamless.
Grow our design system (15%)
- Extend the component library, tokens, and animation primitives to help the whole team move quickly and consistently.
Collaborate with designers (5%)
- Join design reviews, run playtests, and share insights that influence how we build and improve our tools.
About Us
2–6 years of experience in design engineering. Strong eye for detail and craft — you care about how things feel as much as how they work. Comfortable prototyping quickly and iterating fast. A team player who values clear communication, shared ideas, and trust.
