The Role
We need a rockstar Product Design Lead to craft jaw-dropping experiences across our product range, including our shiny new universal blockchain interface! You’ll design smooth-as-butter developer experiences and delightful end-user interfaces that our devs can embed right into their apps.
If you’re a wizard at balancing product strategy with beautifully intuitive designs and thrive in fast, low-ego environments, we want you.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with our Design Lead to elevate web3 design to the next level (think next-level stunning)
- Own the full product design lifecycle, from messy scribbles to pixel-perfect realities
- Identify sneaky blockers, spot opportunities, and sprinkle improvements everywhere
- Work side-by-side with Product & Engineering to shape strategy and set roadmap priorities
- Chat with real-life users, test ideas, and actually do something with the feedback
- Lead design reviews like a boss
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience making developer tools look & feel amazing
- At least 2 years leading design teams like a pro
- Mastery of Figma (obviously)
- A passion for web3 and making it not confusing
