What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Design Playground)
- Master of Simplicity: Take gnarly workflows and wrangle them into sleek, intuitive designs that users actually love.
- Full Ownership: You’re the boss of the whole product experience—design direction, strategy, the lot.
- Prototyping Prodigy: Get those wireframes in front of users yesterday. We move fast and iterate even faster.

- Customer Whisperer: Dive deep into user research, understand pain points, and translate them into beautiful solutions.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in the trenches of product design (ideally, with at least 2 years in a Series B+ or larger company)
- You can juggle UX research, information architecture, and visual/interaction design without breaking a sweat.
- Your Figma game is legendary, and you’ve got experience with other top-notch design tools.
- A portfolio that screams “I know my stuff!”

Salary: $120k – $220k (depends how much you love cash vs equity)
